Iqra for Umrah Services Terms & Conditions of booking ("Booking Conditions") must be reviewed and accepted by any customer who is, or may be, considering the booking of Umrah services and related travel arrangements ("Booking"), including any persons who are booking together ("Customer"), prior to payment being accepted and the Booking being confirmed. All people travelling together will be deemed to have understood and agreed to these Booking Conditions. Where a Booking is made through a travel agent or other intermediary, the Customer will still be deemed to have understood and agreed to these Booking Conditions.
Your Booking is governed by these Booking Conditions, together with any specific terms communicated to you at the time of booking for hotels, ground transportation, visas/permits (if applicable), and any other third party services included in your Booking.
These Booking Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of the State of Qatar shall have jurisdiction to adjudicate disputes arising under these Booking Conditions.
Booking & Payment
- These Booking Conditions apply to all Bookings made with Iqra for Umrah Services, including online bookings, call-centre bookings, and bookings made at an Iqra for Umrah Services branch.
- Special conditions may apply to group bookings (for example, 10 or more travellers). Please contact Iqra for Umrah Services for group booking enquiries.
- Promotions, discounts, and special offers (if any) are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time. Unless expressly stated, offers cannot be combined.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is required at the time of booking for confirmation of your Booking and the issuance of any booking confirmation, service vouchers, and/or related documentation. If payment is not received in accordance with the agreed schedule, the Booking may be cancelled and/or not honoured.
- Deposit payment options may be available on selected products. Where a deposit is accepted, the balance must be paid by the deadline communicated at the time of booking; failure to do so may result in cancellation and applicable charges.
- We may accept online payments using major debit and credit cards (subject to payment gateway availability). Any payment verification or additional documentation requests must be complied with to process your payment.
- At Iqra for Umrah Services branches, we may accept cash and major debit/credit cards (subject to applicable limits and verification).
- Bookings must be made by Customers who are at least 18 years old at the date of booking.
- All Bookings are subject to, and shall be made in accordance with, the individual terms and conditions and booking requirements of hotels, transport providers, tour operators, suppliers and/or handling agents (as applicable). Iqra for Umrah Services shall have no liability to the Customer for any loss or damage caused as a result of a Booking not being made in compliance with such third party terms and conditions, including (without limitation) any minimum age requirements.
- Customers below 21 years old at the date of booking are advised to enquire directly with the relevant hotel/supplier/handling agent to confirm eligibility where minimum age policies apply.
Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

- Charges may apply to cancellations and/or amendments in accordance with (i) the cancellation policy applicable to hotels and other land services by the vendor and/or the applicable fare rules for any flights included. Details of the applicable policies will be provided at the time of booking.
- If you need to cancel your Booking, please inform our team as soon as possible during our published office hours. Additional cancellation fees may be incurred if we are not notified in time for us to action your request with suppliers.
- Charges may apply to alterations/amendments as per the applicable rules communicated at the time of booking. All changes are subject to availability of services on the new dates.
- Once travel has commenced, no refund is available on partially used services. For fully unutilized services, any refund will be subject to Iqra for Umrah Services receiving a refund from the relevant hotel, carrier, or supplier (as applicable).
Availability & Rates
- Iqra for Umrah Services reserves the right to revise prices should there be a major fluctuation in exchange rates, supplier costs, airfares (if included), or a combination of these.
- Any applicable local city taxes to be paid directly at the hotel.
- All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice. Hotels and overseas suppliers reserve the right to amend the price of a package, if affected by circumstances beyond their control and hence increasing the price accordingly. Any increase in price would have to be paid prior to departure. Such increase will not normally apply when Umrah/Holiday Bookings is confirmed after full payment is received.
- Every effort will be made to confirm Bookings exactly as per the Customer’s request; however, in case of non availability, Iqra for Umrah Services reserves the right to offer similar alternatives.
- In the event hotels, tour operators, suppliers and/or handling agents exercise the right to amend, alter, change or withdraw any itinerary, package, or booked facility, the Customer shall have the right to (i) accept and continue with the Booking as amended, or (ii) decline any alternative which may be offered. In neither case shall Iqra for Umrah Services be liable to the Customer for damage, additional expense or consequential loss suffered by the Customer.
Limitation of Liability
- Iqra for Umrah Services makes and confirms Bookings on behalf of hotels, airlines (if applicable), transport providers, tour operators, suppliers and handling agents providing accommodation, travel and other services acting as independent contractors. Accordingly, Iqra for Umrah Services has limited liability only in terms of the arrangements directly under its control.
- Iqra for Umrah Services shall under no circumstances be liable to the Customer or any person travelling with him/her for (i) any death, personal injury, property damage, sickness, accident, loss, delay, increased expense, consequential loss or any misadventure howsoever caused, (ii) any act, omission or default of any hotel, carrier, transport provider, tour operator, supplier, handling agent or other third party, or (iii) the temporary or permanent loss of or damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused.
- The Customer participating in any cultural or sporting activity provided by any hotels, overseas tour operator, suppliers and handling agents fully acknowledges, understands and assumes the risk(s) involved by such activities including the risks of death or injury to himself/herself and damage to his/her property or to any persons traveling with him/her and their property. The hotels, overseas tour operators, suppliers and handling agents providing activities or services which include a risk of such nature may at their own discretion, require the Customer to sign their liability waiver prior to, and as condition of, participating in the activity or service they offer.
- Iqra for Umrah Services shall not be responsible, nor deemed to be accountable by default, for any delays or interruptions in the performance of its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control (collectively, “Force Majeure events”), including acts of God, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fires, floods, severe weather conditions, epidemics, quarantine, government restrictions, strikes, or labour unrest.
- If the Customer is not satisfied with the hotel or room on check in, a complaint should be registered onsite with the hotel front office so that it may be addressed locally. If the Customer chooses to check out early, any refund (if any) will be subject to the hotel’s approval and supplier policy. In the event of disputes and other circumstances, Iqra for Umrah Services will offer reasonable assistance but will not be responsible for pursuing claims on the Customer’s behalf or for any compensation.
Specifications & Preferences
- While hotels offer triple-share occupancy rates, the room provided is generally a typical double room with an extra bed or a rollaway bed, for the third person. Such triple share arrangements may reduce the space in the room and could cause some discomfort.
- Bed types provided in the room are subject to availability and at the discretion of the hotel. Iqra for Umrah Services will not be held liable for non availability of a requested bed type.
- Hotel categorisation and star ratings are generally determined by the relevant tourism authority in the destination and may not conform to international standards. Iqra for Umrah Services does not take responsibility where a hotel’s rating/grading does not conform to international standards.
- Ground transportation arrangements (including transfers) are provided subject to supplier availability and operating requirements. Vehicle type may vary and is typically confirmed by category rather than make/model. Any supplier-specific identification and documentation requirements will be communicated prior to service delivery.
- The standard check-in time at the hotels is 1400 hours after the day of arrival (local time in the destination) and check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure, certain properties may have different policies and shall be adhered to.
- Late check-out subject to room availability and cannot be guaranteed, charges may apply locally by the hotels.
Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the Customer to obtain and carry a valid passport and other travel documents including visas (where required), permits, vaccination certificates, and any other entry requirements. Iqra for Umrah Services shall not be liable for any inconvenience, expense, loss or damage of any kind incurred by the Customer due to failure to obtain, carry, or produce such documents.
Insurance
- Iqra for Umrah Services strongly recommends the purchase of adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events, including (where applicable) medical expenses, trip cancellation/curtailment, and loss of baggage.
- Customers should ensure their insurance policy is valid for their destination(s) and covers any relevant pre existing medical conditions and planned activities.
Limitations on Use
Information provided through our materials may be sourced from tourism boards, destination management companies, suppliers and hoteliers. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure accuracy, Iqra for Umrah Services does not take responsibility for information provided by third parties and/or subsequent changes to such information.
Data protection policy
Personal data may be collected and used for the purposes of arranging and administering your Booking (including hotel reservations, transportation, ancillary services, and facilitating immigration/entry requirements where applicable) and may be shared with suppliers, authorised agents, and relevant government agencies as required to deliver the services. For these purposes, Customers authorise Iqra for Umrah Services to retain and use such data and to transmit it to Iqra for Umrah Services offices and relevant third parties in the countries where services are provided, in accordance with the Iqra for Umrah Services Privacy Notice.
Complaints & Feedback
We are conscious of the expectations of our Customers and strive to meet them. While our team members are trained to deliver high standards of customer care, we take feedback and reports seriously and use them to improve our services. Complaints should be submitted in writing to Iqra for Umrah Services within 30 days of return (or, for non-travelled bookings, within 30 days of the scheduled departure date). Iqra for Umrah Services may reject any claims submitted outside this timeframe.
